Google Docs: Make your own Surveys

In the process of designing a usability study, I discovered the new “Form” option in Google Docs.

It has a really easy to use editor page:

With a lot of user control in terms of the “question type”.

There is a link which you give out to the participants, sending them to the from, which looks like this:

Finally, when your users have all responded, it puts their answers into a spreadsheet:

which takes out about three steps in the surveying processes.  Here you have all of the functionality of the spreadsheet to make charts, graphs and sums.  awesome
